Delete your Dimewell account

You can delete your Dimewell account and everything in it at any time. It takes a minute, and it can't be undone.

On the web

  1. Sign in at app.dimewell.io.
  2. Open your picture at the top right, then Profile.
  3. At the bottom, choose Delete account, type the word delete, and confirm.

In the iPhone or Android app

  1. Open Dimewell and go to the More tab.
  2. Choose Delete account, type the word delete, and confirm.

Can't sign in?

Email support@dimewell.io from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll confirm it's your account, delete it, and reply when it's done.

What's deleted

Everything, permanently and straight away: your bills, transactions, accounts, debts, paychecks, categories and settings, your messages and notification choices, your record of changes and agreements, your subscription record, and your sign-in (name, email and password). Nothing is kept, and nobody can bring it back, including us.

If you subscribe

Deleting your account doesn't cancel a subscription. Cancel it where you subscribed (your App Store or Google Play subscriptions, or Profile → Subscription on the web) so it doesn't renew.
